What is Cyber bullying?
Cyber bullying occurs when a child sends another child  mean or nasty messages from any electronic device. One way children can cyber bully others is by using online bulletin boards and chat roooms to make negative public comments about a person. These comments can be seen by anyone who can access the site. When someone cyber bullies another person there is no escape for the victim. The cyber bully can also get in a lot of trouble.
